  I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem when I moved to the Cincy area. 24/7, rarely packed because they owners are more concerned with their members experience than selling as many memberships as possible, always clean and organized as well!

I’ve gotten to know Jeff, the owner, and he has always been extremely quick with responses and is one of the best guys in the business!

  I was in town from out of work and came across this gym via Google maps. I called to see if they had guest passes (which they did) and spoke with the owner directly. He was VERY welcoming, made sure I got In when need be etc. The gym was great and the fact that it wasn’t busy made the experience better. I didnt Have to wait hours for the squat rack ????????????

  Ive been lifting here for over a year now and highly recommend the gym. Its clean, very easy to get to, and all of the equipment is up to date. Its a nice place with free weights, a wide range of cable machines, and all the free weights needed. The owner, Jeff, is very responsive to any issues. Highly recommend!

  Great local gym.  Has all the equipment needed for a solid workout. Plenty machines available on a monday evening with the afterwork crowd. Came in for a few days and happy for a very reasonable day rate.  Thanks Jeff!

  Visiting from San Francisco and needed a gym for the weekend. This gym had everything I needed and the owner, Jeff, was a terrific guy. Definitely recommend
